2. Data we collect
This website does not use contact forms that submit data to a server. The contact link opens your default email client (mailto:) so you can write to us directly at shows@inari.tv. Any personal data in your email — such as your name, email address, phone number, or project details — is information you freely choose to include and send. This website does not use analytics tools, tracking pixels, or third-party cookies. We do not collect IP addresses or browsing data automatically.
3. Purposes of processing
We use the personal data you send us to: (a) respond to your enquiries and manage project requests or quotations; (b) handle the contractual relationship where a service agreement is reached; and (c) send commercial communications, where you have given explicit consent.
4. Legal basis
Responding to enquiries and managing projects: execution of pre-contractual measures at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Sending commercial communications: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

Your data will be retained for as long as the business relationship lasts and, thereafter, for the statutory limitation periods applicable under Spanish law — generally five years for contractual claims.
6. Recipients and data processors
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for their own purposes. Data may be disclosed to: Vercel Inc. (hosting infrastructure provider), under a Data Processing Agreement; and the email service provider for shows@inari.tv, under a Data Processing Agreement, solely to deliver messages.
7. International transfers
Vercel Inc. is headquartered in the United States. Personal data hosted on Vercel's infrastructure may be transferred to the US. Such transfers are carried out under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses as the applicable transfer mechanism under Chapter V of the GDPR.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, or restrict the processing of your personal data, as well as the right to data portability and to withdraw any consent given at any time. To exercise these rights, write to us at shows@inari.tv. We may ask you to provide a copy of a valid identity document to verify your identity.
